MARIO'S STORY: About three years ago I trained as an animator, spending 10-12 hours a day in front of a computer I found myself dealing with Repetitive Stress Injury using the computer mouse, the pain was so intense I had to take days off, soon after, I had purchased half a dozen wrist rests of all types, all useless! The problem with conventional wrist rests is that they support a small area at the base of the wrist, one of the most delicate parts of your arm, all they did was transfer my discomfort to my wrist... and waste my money.
Our Mission:
Office ergonomics have been developing at a constant but slow pace for the last 30-40 years. The need and use of the computer has drastically increased in this time period, Repetitive Stress Injuries have increased consequently. The basic design of the wrist rest has not changed from the beginning, no one has put much thought into it, the RSI issues in this area persist.
Recently, new interest has emerged in developing an ergonomic, movable wrist rest.
